Start Small and Watch Your Savings Grow


What do you need savings accounts for, you ask? 'So long as I make enough to pay my bills and eat, what do I need to save for...'

Let's look at what putting aside a little money each pay check can do for us.

What would you do if an emergency arose? I know we don't want to think that way, but in reality we need to make sure we take care of ourselves if something were to happen. Your emergency saving account would help here.

Ah, the holidays are here, wouldn't it be nice to get an extra check to help out with the festivities.... this is what a Christmas Fund can do...

Planning a vacation next year...how about starting a vacation fund,
start saving now for that vacation....

Thinking of purchasing a new vehicle or maybe a new home in the future....start a savings account now for the down payment... Start saving now what you estimate the payments would be and make sure you can really can afford the monthly payments of that new major purchase...

What other things can you think of, the savings possibilities are endless.....

By starting your savings now this will also gives you time to really shop around for the best buys when the time gets close.

Don't forget in order to save you should have your budget set up..... If you don't have enough in your budget to put into one of these how about using your annual tax refund each year to start one or more of these savings account and then add a little each pay check.
