Online Shopping Tips
Online Shopping has become one of my favorite ways to shop. I don't have to deal with store crowds, I do less impulse shopping, I can find unusual gifts & best of all it's delivered to my door. I just saved again, no gas spent driving around trying to find that perfect gift or anything else that I needed. Tip: Before you online shop, sign up for the merchant's specials to be emailed to you. By signing up before you buy, especially if you sign up a few days before, the merchant may email you with a dollar off online-coupon for your first purchase with them. They may even email you with a free shipping offer. I always check for free shipping, most merchants offer this in one way or another. I very seldom pay for shipping and if I do I normally wait for the email that gives me a discounted shipping cost. I very seldom if ever pay for 2 day or overnight delivery it's has to be a dire need for me to spend that much money. Another great thing about online shopping is their clearance bin. On some sites this may be called a bargain or sale basement. This is the first place I shop when looking for something. Normally there is something in there or something comparable that I was shopping for, thus saving even more. Another great site to check out for coupons, discounts or free shipping is Coupon Cabin. This site will let you know of any discounts your favorite online store may have. These can be used in store or online as specified.Another little tip when ordering online, if it is a site your not sure of do a little research to make sure the merchant and site is legit. Also make sure they have a secure site before giving any personal information such as your checking account or credit account number. Always make sure in the URL line, that it starts with 'https', this means the site is basically secure. The s at the end of https is the important part. If the s is not there then chances are the site is not secure. Again like with
