Many times when a game company or store goes out of business the games will go on clearance, because they have to get rid of the merchandise. This means lots of games for very low prices.

This can be very interesting, sometimes it can be a trade like bring in 3 old games and trade them for 1 new game. This is one to keep a eye on.

Yes, there are sites on the web that offer free gaming some of these are mmorpg, others are just casual games.
A Few Warnings and Tips on Cheap Video Games to Watch Out For
When you buy a game used, make sure to ask to see the game out of the package first. You need to check the game cartridge well, look at the game especially if it's a disc. Look for and at any scratches and look for other deformities on the disc, if it looks bad or not to your standards don't buy it.
Read game reviews to avoid the bad games that are out there.
Play the demo of the game if possible, this is one great way to see if you will like a game or not.
